Tent Schools International partners with Christian leaders in refugee camps, delivering schools to children fleeing war, persecution and natural disaster. We do this using two services:
The refugee crisis continues to grow, and displaced people span the globe. The United Nations estimates that there are up to 82.4 million displaced people worldwide, and just under half are children. In response, many organizations supply food, water and basic shelter, but most refugee children miss years of education.
We may not be able to solve this crisis alone, but with your help we can do something. Our response is to bring schools to challenging locations, equipping children with the skills they need for life outside the camps. We serve families regardless of beliefs or background, and prioritize projects that help children heal from trauma.
